How long does shipping take?
Each product page shows its estimate: typically 3-9 business days for US-warehouse items and 7-15 business days for overseas items. Shipping is always free, and you'll get a tracking link by email.
How do I know a Tesla product fits my car?
Every EV product has a fit table listing exact models, years and trims, plus "does not fit" notes. Choose the matching variant. Still unsure? Send us your model, year and trim, and we'll confirm before you order.
What if it doesn't fit?
If you chose the variant that matches your car and it doesn't fit, our Fit Guarantee covers a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Are you affiliated with Tesla or the NHL?
No. Rink to Road is an independent store. We list Tesla models only to show compatibility, and we never use team logos.
Do the heated products include a battery?
The Heated Bleacher Seat Pad is USB-powered and doesn't include a power bank unless you choose the bundle (when available). A 10,000 mAh, 5V/2A power bank is recommended.
Which soaker size do I need?
Youth for youth skates, Junior for junior sizes, Senior for adult skates. See the size chart on the product page. Between sizes? Go up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. After an order ships, use our returns process.
Do you ship to Canada?
Not yet. US only for now.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant platform. We never see or store your card number.
